Family Dream Machine LLC · Tampa, Florida · Last updated 21 August 2026

Family Dream Machine LLC ("Family Dream Machine," "Night Sun Productions," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit nightsunproductions.com, request our materials, submit an inquiry, interact with our Stand-In assistant, telephone us, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information — your name, business name, email address, mobile or telephone number, the nature of your business, and anything else you choose to tell us, typically when you submit an inquiry, request our materials, book a consultation, or subscribe to our email or text communications.
  • Call and Message Content — when you call our business number or exchange text messages with us, we retain the message content and a record of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed; where we record, you will hear a notice at the start of the call and may end the call if you do not consent.
  • Stand-In Conversations — if you speak or type with our Stand-In assistant on this website or by telephone, we retain a record of that conversation so we can follow up and improve the service.
  • Payment Information — if you purchase services, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our own systems.
  • Technical Information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected automatically when you visit the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, provide and improve our services, schedule and conduct consultations, send you the materials you asked for, administer billing, comply with our legal obligations, and — where you have consented — send you occasional educational or promotional messages about our services.

We do not use conversations you have with us, or materials you provide to us, to train publicly available artificial-intelligence models.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it:

  • With trusted service providers who help us operate — for example our customer-relationship and messaging platform, our telephone provider, our payment processor, and our website analytics providers — who are bound to protect it and use it only to provide services to us.
  • With members of our production team, including our studio team outside the United States, strictly as needed to perform the services you have engaged us for.
  • As required by law, or in response to valid legal process such as subpoenas or regulatory requests.

4. Mobile and Text-Message Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. All other categories of information may be shared with subcontractors only in support of the services described in this policy.

5. Your Communication Choices

You can stop our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by texting STOP to (656) 565-7881. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. Replying STOP to a text will also be honored as a request to stop marketing emails.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and our legal and operational obligations, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections or updates to inaccurate information, or request deletion of your personal information. Write to us at info@nightsunproductions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information. However, no system can guarantee complete security.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand usage through website analytics, and — if we run advertising — to measure and improve our campaigns. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
